浅谈高校学生心理教育策略

On Strategies of College Students' Psychological Education

大学生心理障碍问题是目前我国高等教育面临的严峻挑战,这一状况的产生不仅是时代发展带来的影响,也是我国高等教育管理体系自身不够完善的结果。所以,高校教育者必须要从高校教育体系自身入手,以行为主义心理学原理为学理依据深刻分析目前大学生心理问题产生的根本原因,在此基础上,才能因病施治,落实一系列切实可行的心理教育措施。

The mental obstacle of college students is a severe challenge for college education in China. This phenomenon is not only due to the development of the era but the imperfect management of Chinese higher education. Therefore, teachers should analyze the fundamental reasons in the educational system which have given birth to the students＇ mental problems according to the behavior psychology theory. Only through this can series of measures be taken to help students out.
