近期我国文物犯罪的动向和文物安全工作中的问题主要是:盗掘案件重点地区问题依旧严重;盗窃(抢)案件数量最多,石刻文物失盗案件泛滥;部分文物收藏单位的内部管理存在问题。建议加强文物安全的防范、石刻文物盗窃案件的打击和馆藏文物的管理,加大对寺庙文物和个人收藏文物的保护力度,建立和完善文物案件报送、统计、发布制度。

Main problems on movement of recent relics crime and relics security in our country include continuing gravity of theft and digging cases in important areas, most theft cases, overrunning theft cases of stone-sculpted relics and ineffective management of some relics depositories. It is strongly advised to strengthen the precaution to relics security, the attack to theft cases of stone - sculpted relics and the management of relics in the depository, to increase the protection on the relics of temples and personal storage, to establish and improve the reporting, summing up and issue system on relics cases.
