摘要
从气固流化床气泡聚并与破裂的机理出发推导出一种新的气泡直径关联式,将此关联式和其它现有关联式应用于气泡汇聚模型并对工业流化床生产邻苯二甲酸酐和氯气的实例进行了模似计算.模拟结果与工业数据的对比与分析表明了导出的关联式适应于颗粒粒度分布广、大直径的工业流化床反应器.
This paper proposes a new correlation of bubble size in fluidized -beds based onthe concept of bubble coalescence and breakage. The calculated results by this correlation fortwo industrial cases of fluidized - bed reactors show a good agreement with the industrial data. Comparison between this correlation and others illustrates that the correlation has a widerapplication range of particle and bed diameters.
