摘要
介绍了智能台钻控制部分的设计,主要是通过改变可控硅的控制角α来调节电动机的供电电压,从而达到平滑调速,实现台钻的无级调速,以及在约束条件下,自动控制主轴转速和进给速度及进给量的目的.
The paper gives an introduction to the design of the control part of an intelligent bench drill. We can regulate the voltage of power supply of the motor,by changing thecontrol angle a of the silicon controlled rectifier, then, we can achieve the goals to governsmoothly,to realize the stepless speed regulation of the drill,to control the rotational speedof the main spindle,the feed speed and the feed of the workpiece automatically under thespecified constraints.
