摘要
高职院校要提升核心竞争力,解决发展中的难题,必须转变人力资源管理思想观念,在岗位管理、绩效考评、津贴分配、人员培训等方面进行改革,以盘活人力资本,突破制约发展的"瓶颈"。
Polytechnic Institutes are confronted with many difficulties and problems, of which human resources management is dominant one. This paper argues that ideas of human resources management must he changed and measures are taken in terms of post management, performance appraisal, allowances allocation and personnel training in order to efficiently use human resources, maximize the enthusiasm of the majority of teaching and administrative staff and form a great cohesion.
