摘要
对于机械失效诊断提出可以根据设备中各零部件的二元关系,利用解析结构模型来建立阶递结构;该方法可以避免在建立故障树时下行法和上行法的繁杂的计算,较为简单地得到造成设备失效的层次关系,为设备维修提供一个清晰的概念,而且用这一方法可以加速计算机的自动建树.
According to the binary relation,in the parts of equipment,utilizing the analytical structural model, we set up hierarchical structure to diagnose machinery failure. Themethod can avoid the complex calculation of Fussed -Vesely when we establish Fault Treeanalysis,simply obtain the series relation in equipment failure,supply a clear conception forequipment maintenance and in overhaul quickly auto-establish Fault Tree analysis by computer.
