摘要
针对显微腭部序列切片图像三维重建的特殊性,在硬定位的基础上,提出了一种基于RST变换的软定位方法;利用特征点,解决了显微腭部组织序列切片图像在三维重建过程中的错位问题,为真实再现腭部组织结构打下了良好的基础.这种定位方法也适用于其他显微序列切片图像的三维重建问题.
A method of the soft registration based RST transformation is put forward on the basis of the hard registration in consideration of the speciality of 3 D image reconstruction for the serial sections of palatal microstructure. Employing characteristic points, the problem of displacement on 3 D image reconstruction for serial sections of palatal microstructure was solved and paved the way for reshowing the palatal microstructure with reality. At the same time, this registration method can be applied to many other cases for 3 D image reconstruction for serial sections.
