摘要
以杆状铸件变形实验结果为依据,分析了铸造变形机制;铸造过程中的动态温度场导致铸件各部位的不均匀收缩,引起了作用于铸件截面的热弯矩,致使杆状铸件挠曲变形;提出了计算杆状铸件变形挠度的二阶近似微分方程及其离散模型;计算结果与实验结果符合良好.为预测铸件变形、优化铸造工艺提供了经济有效的方法.
Based on the experimental result of bar shape casting, the deformation mechanic of castings was analyzed. The dynamic temperature fields of solidification process result in the uneven shrink of every part of castings and cause the thermal bending moment to act on the castings, finally the casting rod yields and deforms. An approximate quadratic differential equation and discrete model were proposed to describe the deflection of bar shape casting. The numerical results conform to the experimental ones. This provides an economical and effective method to predict the casting deformation and finally optimize the foundry technology.
