循环球式变速比转向器齿扇齿形误差的评定

摘要 分析了汽车循环球式变速比转向器的结构和速比特性;从瞬心线入手推导出齿扇齿形的计算公式;建立了齿扇齿形误差的几何模型;给出了齿扇齿形误差的最小二乘评定与最小区域评定的数学模型;分析了模型误差.基于上面模型进行了仿真计算,并对实测数据进行了评定;结果表明所建模型正确,评定精度较高. The structure and the ratio characteristics of the automobile ball recirculating steering gears with the variable ratio have been analysed. By applying the instantaneous center curve, the equation of the tooth profile of the sector has been presented. The geometric model of the tooth profile error of the sector has been established. The mathematical model to evaluate the tooth profile error of the sector by using the minimum least square method and the minimum zone method is given. Based on these models, the results of the computer simulation and a real example have been given.
