在激烈的市场经济环境下，优胜劣汰的竞争从未停止．企业是产业的载体；产业对经济发展的贡献，必须也只能通过企业．因此，产业的调整，产业的高层次优化，必须从企业入手．（１）产业调整（包括产业结构调整和产业层次调整）已经是经常的反复出现的正常现象；（２）产业调整已经从重视比例转向重视层次；（３）企业是产业发挥贡献的载体，因此，产业调整归根结底是企业调整；（４）企业调整的关键是资本、资产的活化、重组和创新；（５）企业的有效行为的约束关键是企业家．

In the fierecely competitive market economy, survival of the fittest has always been the eternal truth. Enterprises are carriers of industry. Only through enterprises, can industry make contributions to economy. So, the adjustment and the high grade optimization of industry must start with enterprises. (1) Industrial adjustment (including the industrial structure and the industrial levels) has been the normal phenomenon with high occurences. (2) The emphasis of industrial adjustment has been shifted from proportional adjustment to level adjustment. (3) Enterprises are carriers of industry, therefore, the industrial adjustment finally boils down to the enterprise adjustment. (4) Activation of capitals and assets, reorganization and innovation are key points to enterprise adjustment. (5) Enterprisers are critical restrains to the effective actions of enterprises.
