本文用涨落一耗散定理，精确计算了并联RLC电路的能量涨落，磁通和电压的涨落，给出了磁通量和电压的测不准关系，并进行了讨论，获得了一些有意义的结果．）
The energy, flux and voltage fluctuation of the parallel RLC circuit are integrated axactly by means of fluctuation disspation theorem and give the uncertainty relation of flux and voltage. open discussion into various conditions, we obtain meaning conclusions.
