摘要
本文提出了采用样条函数来合成凸轮升程曲线的优化设计方法,并将其与传统的多项式合成法进行比较,来说明样条函数合成法的优越性。最后,在数控机床上完成了优化设计的凸轮加工。
The application of Optimized design of Spline function to the general synthesis of cam motion program is presented. The approach is compared with the traditional method of polynomial synthesis, and is showed some advantages. At last, a cam which is designed by the approach and is manufactured by NC machine tool is given.
