In the present internatioanal world the growth of ＂economic China＂ is irresistible, but the world is newly concerned with sustainable development of Chinese economy. Western civilization claims to contain so-called ＂democracy, human rights and legal system＂. In the eyes of some westerners, China with five-thousand-year civilization is actually a uncultured nation. Therefore, it is of far-reaching significance for achieve everlasting development of Chinese society to describe Chinese characteristics of culture briefly, accurately and simply, to establish ＂the Project of Creation of Human Civilized Discourse＂ and to explore and define ＂core values＂ of Chinese civilization.
