提高广州市农业综合生产能力的对策研究

Study on Strategies to Raise Agricultural Overall Production Capacity of Guangzhou

从农产品生产的投入(即生产条件)角度来看,农业综合生产能力是指一个地区在一定时期和一定社会经济条件下拥有的由各生产要素综合投入所形成的可以相对稳定生产出一定数量和质量的各种农产品的综合能力。从农业综合生产能力的土地与水域资源保障能力、农业固定资产投资和生猪及大牲畜养殖能力、农药化肥与劳动要素供给能力和科技支撑能力四个方面一共选取了13项指标,组成广州市农业综合生产能力评价指标体系,并运用主成分分析法对2003年至2006年广州市及其所属各区(市)农业综合生产能力进行综合评价分析。

From the aspect of agricultural production input （production condition） , Agricultural overall production capacity refers to the overall capacity of one area in certain period and under certain social and economic conditions to stably produce various agricultural products of certain quantity and quality.In this paper, 13 indexes are chosen from the four aspects in land and water resource guarantee capacity, agricultural fixed asset investment and pig cultivation capacity, pesticide and fertilizer and labor element supply capacity, and technology support capacity. The assessments index system of agricultural overall production capacity of Guangzhou is formulated, and the principal component analysis is applied to comprehensively assess and analyze the agricultural overall production capacity of Guangzhou and its affiliated districts （cities） from 2003 to 2006.
