This paper outlined working characteristics,composition,application and improvement of CGW intelligent CH 4 sensor,which not only measures and shows CH 4 instantaneous density,out-bounder warning,but also outputs frequencies being direct ratio to the content of the measured CH 4 or constant electric current sign.So it satisfies the demand of safe manufacture under the colliery well.
