浅谈新时期少数民族文化权利保护的新思路——以四川北川羌族自治县五龙寨为例

New Approaches to the Protection of Minority Cultural Rights in the New Period——Taking Wulong Village in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County in Sichuan Province as an example

当前少数民族文化权利保护的现状和民族文化权利保护对构建和谐社会的重要意义,共同决定了新时期加强民族文化权利保护的紧迫性。本文通过对四川省北川羌族自治县青河乡正河村的五龙寨的调研,提出加快建立二元一体的少数民族文化权利保护模式,同时有效发挥经济建设对民族文化权利保护的推动作用。

The present situation of the protection ot minority cultural rights and the importance ot me protection of the rights of national culture to build a harmonious society co-decides the urgency of the protection of the rights of national culture. The author in this article proposes establishing the dual integrated protected mode of minority cultural fights, Qinghe Town in Beichuan Qiang role of economic establishment in through the research and investigation about Wulong Village in Zhenghe in Autonomous County in Sichuan Province, simultaneously to play an effective promoting the protection of the fights of national culture.
