摘要
全世界范围内的恐怖主义活动日益泛滥,给整个国际社会造成了严重的政治影响、恶劣的社会效应和重大的经济损失。当前,地铁反(防)恐日益成为有关国家急需解决的大事。统计分析了全世界范围内的地铁恐怖事件的特点和受损程度;论述了与地铁反恐有关的公约法规的建立、防范体系的构筑以及相关技术研究发展水平与现状;对以后的地铁反(防)恐工作提出建议。
The terrorist activities are overflowing all over the world increasingly, which bring about severe political influences, bad social effects and gross economic loses in the world. The development of subway in the world is very rapid, because of its high speed and large passenger transport capability. Now, the anti-terrorism actions taken by subway are one of the most important issues in many countries. In this paper, the characteristics and damages of subway terrorism are analyzed according to the statistics, then the foundation of the pact and codes, the construction of defense system, the advancement of relative technologies are discussed in detail, some advices for subway anti-terrorism actions are put forward.
