轮轨磨耗超限是曲线地段钢轨更换的决定因素。分析了最小曲线半径、减振道床、减振扣件、减振缓冲胶垫的选择,以及列车自动运行与线路坡度的关系等对轮轨磨耗的影响。介绍了广州地铁减缓轮轨磨耗的措施,如建立轮轨润滑系统、调整轨道参数、曲线地段轨头采取非对称打磨等。减缓轮轨磨耗,既是一个技术问题,也是一个经济问题,应引起决策者及设计、施工、维修管理工程技术人员的高度重视。
Wheel-rail's wear is one of the most important problems in rail transit reseach field. The minimum curve radius,the elastic rail bed, the rail fastener and the elastic rubber mat are analyzed,the important role in wheel-rail's wear played by the connection of automatic train operation (ATO) and rail gradient altogether is introduced. The reduction of the wheei-rail's wear is a technical and also an economical problem, to which all the policy-makers, designers,constructers and maintenance men shall pay more attention.
