一种库存比例积分控制器及其系统动力学仿真 被引量:3

摘要 将比例积分控制原理应用于供应链库存控制的研究,设计了一种两级供应链环境下的库存比例积分控制器,并利用系统动力学方法构建了两级供应链库存比例积分控制器的动态仿真模型,最后通过实例仿真得出了实现牛鞭效应、库存水平、库存波动、缺货的协调控制的控制增益组合,并给出了系统内部结构上的解释。结果表明,在合适的控制增益组合下,供应链库存比例积分控制器能有效的缓解供应链系统中的牛鞭效应、降低库存水平及库存波动幅度、减少缺货的发生等。 In this paper, a kind of Proportional Integral control (PI) controller is developed for inventory control in a two- level supply chain. The mathematical model and the system dynamics simulation model of the PI controller for inventory control are presented. Then, a portfolio of control gains brought about by collaborative control among bullwhip effects, inventory level, inventor fluctuation and stockouts in the PI controller for inventory is obtained through the simulations in a practical case. Finally, this paper discusses the optimal control gains such as proportional gain, integral gain and forecasting parameter which enables the collaborative control among bullwhip effect, inventory oscillation and stock in supply chain. The explanation of the PI controller is also presented from the viewpoint of endogenous structures in system. The results show that the PI controller can evidently alleviate bullwhip effects, inventory fluctuations and stockouts under the optimal portfolio of control gains.
