本文首先建立了随机时变结构的振型分解法，然后基于随机时变结构的超越率提出了相应的结构随机时变可靠性的计算方法。

In this paper the methods of mode analysis and the random time dependent reliability,based on crossing rate,of random time dependent structures are suggested.
