摘要 探讨点火能对多元爆炸性混合气体爆炸威力的影响。以密闭爆炸筒(20 L)内液化石油气(体积分数为5%)-空气混合气体为研究对象,逐步提高点火能量引爆混合气体,分析气体爆炸压力波形图的变化。结果表明,点火能量对气体爆炸压力的影响存在一定规律性,即液化石油气最大爆炸压力的上升速率和爆炸场中的负压峰值都随着点火源能量的增强而增加,但爆炸场中正压峰值的变化不大。本研究对深入认识多元爆炸性混合气体的爆炸特性,以及丰富和完善气体爆炸理论具有一定的参考价值。 The present paper is aimed at reporting its research findings over the effect characteristic of the ignition energy on the brisance of the polynary mixed explosive gas and the effect of the energy on the explosion pressure of liquefied petro-gas through a gas explosion characteristic parameter testing system. The so-called gas explosion parameter testing system consists of an explosive cylinder,a gas supply system,a temperature measurement system,an explosion ignition device,a pressure-registering system as well as a dynamic data-collecting and analyzing system.The above-said explosive cylinder is,by nature,one with its diameter of 300 mm and a height of 300 mm.In doing experiments,the explosion cylinder should be filled with a volume of explosives of about 20 liter.In the experiment process,it is necessary to analyze the behavior of he mixed gas in the sealed explosive cylinder with 5%(bulk fraction) of liquefied petro-gas and 95%(bulk fraction) of air.Then,the pressure can be multiplied by using an electric amplifier and kept in store in a registering oscillograph linked with a computer,which can make it possible to display the pressure oscillogram in the computer with a data-processing software.In so doing,it is possible to identify whether the gas is fired up or not by the pressure oscillograph with the result of changing situation in the built-in computer and the flame movement in the explosive cylinder.At this moment,the booming ignition energy can be applied to the mixed gas explosion so as to achieve different explosion pressure oscillograms.Thus,observing and analyzing the explosive pressure oscillograms may help to enable the researchers to define the impact patterns of the ignition energy on the explosion pressure of the liquefied petro-gas.The results of our experiments indicate that there tends to exist a certain regularity with the impact of the former on the latter.Further results would also be found that although the upward ratio of the maximum pressure to the negative pressure peak of the liquefied petro-gas turns to rise,its maximum explosion pressure remains almost unchanged with the increase of the ignition energy.Therefore,it can be concluded that our experimental research is very helpful to understand the mechanism of the explosive features of the polynary mixed explosive gas and hence beneficial to establish and consummate the theory on the gas explosion.
