冠状动脉穿孔的诊断与防治 被引量：1

摘要 近年来随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronary intervention，PCI）技术的推广和适应证选择的拓宽，PCI已成为冠心病治疗的一种有效手段。并发症亦随之增多，冠状动脉穿孔是PCI的并发症之一，及时发现和恰当处理具有非常重要的意义。近年的大量研究结果显示其发生率为0．15％～2．50％，其中急性心脏压塞发生率24％-42％、心肌梗死发生率4％-26％、急诊外科手术率24％～36％、输血率34％、病死率10％.
