摘要
结合扬州大学校情和今后计算机网络发展的方向,给出了扬州大学校园网络的总体设计和分步实施方案,分析了ATM、FDDI和高速以太网等网络技术在校园网中的应用。
The campus network is the most important information infrastructure for a modern university. In this paper, the network structure for Yangzhou University is proposed. The techniques of network backbone and its subnetwork are described. The higer layer software and the fiber-optic engineering are also discussed.
