摘要
导电沥青混合料具有融雪化冰,路面自诊断等功能。本文优选一种高碳鳞片石墨导电相材料,制备导电SMA混合料,研究石墨掺杂导电SMA混合料的各项电学性能及路用性能。研究表明掺杂石墨可以有效降低沥青混合料的电阻率,在石墨掺量约15%时,电阻率出现急剧下降,石墨掺量为40%时电阻率降低至10Ω.m;导电SMA电阻率不会随时间而发生剧烈波动,但会随温度的降低而下降;交流V-I特性的研究也进一步验证了导电SMA的导电机制;导电SMA各项路用性能优异,动稳定度保持在7 000次/mm以上。
Conductive SMA has some function such as deicing or snow-melting and self diagnoses. A kind of high carbon flake graphite is chosen as conductive paste materials in this paper to prepare conductive SMA and study its electrical performances and road performances. The results show that the resistivity decreased sharply with the content of graphite, when the content of graphite is about 15%, resistivity decreased significantly, when the content of graphite is 40%, it is 10Ω·m; it didn't change markedly with time process, but decreased as the temperature decreased; study on V-I characteristic further proved conductive mechanism of conductive SMA; road performances of conductive SMA are excellent, dynamic stability keeps above 7 000 times/mm.
