摘要
RPC是最近十几年内发展起来的超高强高性能混凝土。本试验采用二次回归正交设计的方法,研究水胶比、钢纤维掺量、硅粉掺量和骨料-胶材比对RPC抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明:水胶比、钢纤维掺量、硅粉掺量对RPC抗压强度影响特别显著,RCP抗压强度随水胶比的降低而提高,随钢纤维和硅粉掺量的增加而提高,回归出RPC抗压强度与水胶比、钢纤维掺量、硅粉掺量和骨料-胶材比的二次相关关系,同时得出RPC的高强机理。
RPC is a kind of high strength/high performance concrete that developed in the latest decade. In this experiment, the influence of water-cementitous materials ratio, content of steel fibre and silica fume and aggregate-cementitous materials ratio on compressive strength of RPC are studied by using quadratic regression orthogonal design. Testing results show that water-cementitous materials, content of steel fibre and silica fume influence strength of RPC markedly, and the compressive strength of RPC develops with the decrease of water-cementitous materials ratio and increase of content of steel fibre and silica fume, and the quadratic correlativity among them is regressed and the high strength mechanism of RPC is also got.
