摘要
提出电源中长期优化规划方法——Pontryagin法,导出了机组装机容量整数化的电源规划模型,从而实现了一种能够在PC机上进行计算,且能满足实际要求的电源规划算法,并从可靠性、经济性等方面论述了该方法的正确性和可行性。
This paper puts forward the method of long-term generation expansion planning —— Pontryagin method, and establishes one kind of integer model for changing deficient value of ex- pansion capacities into integer value. Then this paper presents a algorithm which can not only op- erate in PC computer but satisfy practical requires. At last, this paper demonstrates presents the reasonability and feasibility of models mentioned before.
