摘要 为减少形态创新设计思维过程的主观性和偶然性,帮助设计师快速、准确地发现和确定产品形态创新点,提出了一种基于质量功能配置和发明问题解决理论的产品形态创新设计新方法。该方法通过构建一个改进的面向形态设计的质量屋模型分析并确定产品形态设计中的冲突,结合可视化的TRIZ40条创新原理资料库,应用TRIZ来解决设计冲突,以此获得形态创新点和创新形态设计方案。运用本文提出的方法,完成了插座的形态创新设计。 In order to reduce subjectivity and oeeasionality during the thinking proeess of form innovation design, a new approach based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) is proposed, which can help designers to find and determine the focus of form innovation quickly and accurately. With this approach, the contradictions in product form design are analyzed by constructing a modified form design oriented House of Quality (HOQ) model. TRIZ theory is applied in succession to eliminate the eontradictions, supported by a visualized 40 principles database. Finally, the focus and schemes of form innovation can be obtained. As a ease study, a socket has been designed with the approach proposed in this paper.
