摘要
分析公理化设计与设计结构矩阵的优缺点,利用二者的优势互补性,提出了公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵集成思想,详细研究了公理化设计与设计结构矩阵集成的方法与步骤,并提出了基于公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵集成的框架模型,促成产品功能与结构的同步演化;开发了计算机辅助概念设计系统以支持公理化设计与设计结构矩阵的集成;最后以自动化物料运输系统为实例,详细阐明了公理化设计矩阵与设计结构矩阵集成的过程。
The strength and weakness of Axiomatic Design (AD) and Design Structure Matrix (DSM) are analyzed deeply. Based on the complementarity of AD and DSM, an integrative thought of Axiomatic Design Matrix (ADM) and Design Structure Matrix is proposed. Aiming at this characteristic, the integrative method of ADM and DSM is studied in detail, and the integrative model is proposed accordingly to promote the co-evolution of functions and structures. A computer aided conceptual design system has been developed to enable the integration of ADM and DSM. A case study regarding an automated material handling system is given to illustrate the integration process between ADM and DSM.
