摘要 研究了在TritonX-100存在下,于pH8.5以亚铁氰化钾和乙二胺作掩蔽剂,用5-Br-PADAP作显色剂测定铜锌.铜粹与5-Br-PADAP生成紫红色络合物的λmax=554nm,表观摩尔吸光系数εCu为1.1×105L·mol-1·cm-1,εZn为1.5×105L·mol-1·cm-1.铜、锌线性范围均为0~10μg/25ml,可用于测定岩石中的微量铜、锌. The determination of microamounts of copper and zinc in amine-medium (pH8.5) using 5-Br-PADAP in the Presence of triton X-100 and with heracyanoferate (Ⅱ) and ethyleneedlamine as screening agents has been studied. The maximum absorption of the complex of 5-Br-PADAP with Cu and Zn both lie at 554nm. Their molar absorptivi-ties are 1. 1×10 5L·mol -1·cm -1 and 1. 5 × 10 5L ·mol -1 ·cm -1 respectively. The linear range of copper and zinc are both 0~ 10μg/25ml. The method presented can be used for the anal-ysis of microamounts of copper and zinc in rocks.
