摘要
[目的]分析深圳市福田区饮食、公共场所从业人员高血压患病状况。[方法]整群抽样法对所有办理健康证人员进行血压测量及活动量调查。[结果]17岁以上70261名扶业人员中,高血压患病率为1.25%,20—29岁以上26138名从业人员中,高血压患病率0.20%,30~39岁以上17196名从业人员中,高血压患病率为1.48%,随年龄增长面上升,40岁以上从业人员中,高血压患者占61.5%,患病率为46%;高血压病分级以Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为主,占84.6%。[结论]高血压病防治对象以40岁以上人群为主,应合理膳食,科学健身以及定期开展高血压筛查。
[Objective] To analyze the hypertension of the food workers and other service industry workers in Futian Distriet of Shenzhen City. [Methods] Measured the blood pressure and collected their related information of the food workers and other service industry workers from 2006 to 2007. [ Results] The prevalence rate of hypertension was 1.25%in 70 261 people who was 18-20 years old. In 26 138 people who were 20-29 years old, 17 196 people were 30-39 years old, and others were 40 years old or above, were 0.20%, 1.48% and 46% respectively First grade and second grade were majority of all hypertension and reached to 84.6%. [Conclusion] Rational diet, scientific exercise and regular health check are recommended tobe taken for people who are 40 years old and above.
