婚姻登记人群预防艾滋病知识、态度、行为相关因素分析

INVESTIGATION ON AIDS KAP AND HEALTH EDUCATION IN MARRIAGE REGISTERED PEOPLE

[目的]通过了解婚姻登记人群的艾滋病知识、态度和行为,为在婚前检查人群进行艾滋病自愿检测、咨询和健康教育提供信息和依据。[方法]对2006年12月在海淀区民政局婚姻登记处进行登记的男女全部进行问卷调查。[结果]艾滋病知识总体知晓率为83.3%,不同文化程度及是否婚前检查人群对艾滋病认识的差距有显著性意义;20.7%的人仍未意识到或从未考虑到艾滋病对自已和他人已构成威胁;认为婚前有必要进行艾滋病咨询和抗体检测者分别为77.1%和64%。[结论]多数人希望通过专业渠道获取科学、准确的知识信息;婚姻登记人群掌握一定的艾滋病预防知识和措施,认可接受咨询与检测的必要性,婚前检查是进行艾滋病防治知识教育的主要时机。

[Objective] To investigate the knowledge, attitude and practice of AIDS among marriage registered subjects and provide information for the hospital serves for the crowd of marriage check-ups. [Methods] A questionnaire investigation was made in December 2001 among 458 people who had marriage registration in the Civil Administration Bureau of Haidian District. [Results] The rate of knowing knowledge about AIDS was 83.3% in the marriage registered subjects. There were significant differences among different education level groups and whether belonged to crowd of marriage check-ups or not. 20.7% didn＇t know that AIDS was a threat to the society. Above 70% and 95% people respectively had initiative preventive behavior to the blood and sex transmission route. The percentage of who considered the AIDS voluntary counseling and HIV antibody test necessary were 77.1% and 64%, respectively. People wanted to receive knowledge through professional channels. [Conclusion] The result shows that the AIDS knowledge level is high among marriage registered people. The population is the people who have mastered some knowledge and approved of the AIDS voluntary counseling and HIV antibody test development. Premarital check-up is the best chance to carry, out the health education on HIV prevention.
