摘要
对变速切削过程中颤振频率的变化特征进行了理论和实验分析。结果表明,随着切削速度的连续变化,颤振频率具有跟随和跳跃特性。对额振的预报与控制具有指导意义。
The characteristics of the change of chatter frequency in metal outting with varying speeds are investigated both theoretically and experirnentally. It is shown that the chatter frequency changes by a following and jumping mode along with the continuous change of the outting speed. The results are meaningful in chatter prediction and control.
