泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

EFFICACY OBSERVATION OF FAMCICLOVIR IN TREATMENT OF HERPES ZOSTER

[目的]观察应用乏昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。[方法]选择带状疱疹120例,随机分为两组,分别应用泛昔洛韦和阿昔洛韦治疗,疗程共10d,并观察疗效及不良反应。[结果]泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹总有效率高于阿昔洛韦(P﹤O.01),患者各项症状、体征消退时间,泛昔洛韦组明显较阿昔洛韦组缩短(P﹤0.05)。[结论]泛昔洛韦是一种高效安全治疗带状疱疹的药物。

[Objective] To observe the efficacy and safety of famciclovir in treatment of herpes zoster （HZ） . [Methods] 120 eases of HZ were divided into 2 Groups. Group A treated with FCV and group B treated with ACV. The efficacy of treatment and side effect were recorded. The therapeutic course was 10 days for both groups. [ Results] FCV showed the better efficacy than ACV in HZ （P 〈 0.01 ） .The efficacy of famciclovir was more obvious than that of acielovir （P 〈 0.05） in relieving symptoms,and signs. [Conclusion] Famciclovir is a highly effective and safe drug for treating herpes zoster.
