采用溶液聚合研究了高固含量反应性丙烯酸酯树脂的制造工艺。讨论了反应温度、引发剂、溶剂、单体、酸值和分子量调节剂对树脂分子量和粘度的影响。用这种高固含量树脂配制的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料和丙烯酸氨基涂料,其各项性能均优于普通的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料、丙烯酸氨基涂料。
A research is made on the production process of the high NV reactive acrylic resin by solution polymerization. The influences of the reaction temperaturi, initiator,solvent, monomer, pH value and molecular weight regulator on the molecular weight and viscosity of the resin are discussed. All the properties of the aczylic amino paint and acrylic polyurethane paint made of this resin are superior to those of the common ones.
