摘要
采用弹塑性力学理论对常见的T形焊接接头的焊接变形进行了数值模拟。焊接过程中母材受热不均匀,材料的热物性参数、弹塑性性能随温度变化呈现非线性关系等都会使结构在焊后存在不均匀的焊接变形。在不同的温度区域,通过选择弹性或塑性矩阵及在塑性区定义屈服条件,采用有限元方法,对T形接头焊接变形过程进行了三维数值模拟。为提高数值模拟的精度,热源模型采用了与实际焊接过程较匹配的Goldak双热源模型。模拟结果表明,在距焊缝一定距离的纵截面上,T形接头的底板产生不均匀的焊接角变形,数值模拟结果与理论分析基本一致,为焊接结构焊接变形的预测及控制打下了基础。
To simulate the welding deformation of T joint which was widely used in welding production,the theory of elasticity and plasticity of ANSYS was applied.Temperature dependent material properties,such as plasticity and elasticity,were considered.With the selection of the elasticity or plasticity according to the temperature and definition of bending condition,the welding de-formation processing of T joint was simulated in 3-dimension direction by ANSYS.In order to improve the accuracy of simulation,the Goldak double thermal model was selected.The non-uniformly diformation of T joint in the plate was achieved,and the results were discussed properly that can be the basis for further research.
