给水工艺对不同分子质量有机物的去除规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过给水处理工艺中试系统,研究了溶解性有机碳(DOC)在各工艺单元出水640的分子质量分布,探讨了对不同分子质量有机物的去除规律。曝气生物滤池(BAF)去除最好的是相对分子质量在3k~10k的DOC;预臭氧化对相对分子质量>1k的DOC均有去除效果,而对相对分子质量<1k的DOC则产生了积累;常规处理对>30k和10k~30k的DOC去除率分别达到93.7%和78.4%,而对10k以下的DOC去除作用不强;因可被臭氧分解的有机物基本在预臭氧阶段已处理掉,所以后臭氧对有机物去除不明显;炭滤池对各分子质量段的有机物均有去除效果,尤其对BAF和常规处理效果不好的相对分子质量<10k的DOC去除效果很好。 Based on the pilot test system of water supply treatment, the distribution of molecular weights of dissolved organic carbon(DOC) in the effluent water of each treatment unit has been studied. The removing rule of organism with different molecular weights is discussed. The removal rate of biological aerated filter (BAF) is the best when the molecular weight of DOC is between 3k-10k. Pre-ozone is able to remove the DOC with molecular weight above lk, but accumulation occurs, when the molecular weight of DOC is less than lk. The removing rates of routine treatment of DOC with molecular weight 〉30k and 10k-30k are 93.7% and 78.4% respectively, but that of DOC with molecular weight under 10k is low. Since the organisms that could be decomposed by ozone basically have been decomposed in the process of pre-ozone, the removal rate of post-ozone is not obvious. The activated carbon filter has pretty good removal efficiency on organism with different molecular weights, especially on DOC with molecular weight less than 10k whose removal rate is poor when treated by BAF and routine treatment processes.
