摘要
采用强化絮凝和生化试验,确定了废水处理最佳工艺流程,研究了药剂种类、加药量对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,氧化絮凝剂对该有机废水有较好的净化效果,对生化处理具有促进作用,当氧化絮凝剂投加量150mg/L,停留时间7h时,系统进水COD为1500mg/L,经强化絮凝、两级好氧处理后,出水COD<100mg/L,总去除率>94%,达到了工业废水排放标准。
The best process of treating wastewater has been confirmed by enhanced flocculation and biochemical experiment. The kinds of agent and dosage affecting the removal efficiency of COD have been studied. Experimental results show that treating wastewater by oxidation-flocculation is effective and has promoted biochemical treatment, when the dosage is 150 mg/L, staying time 7 h and the system influent COD 1 500 mg/L, and after being treated by enhanced flocculation/O/O, the effluent COD can be reduced to less than 100 mg/L with 94% of total removal efficiency meeting the wastewater discharge standard.
