铁屑微电解—锰矿物组合工艺处理硝基酚废水 被引量:1

摘要 利用废铁屑将难降解的硝基酚进行预处理,使废水中的硝基酚转化为氨基酚,再用软锰矿将氨基酚氧化降解,达到处理硝基酚废水的目的。研究结果表明:在铁屑投加质量分数2%,炭粉投加质量分数1%,pH2.0,振荡速度150r/min的条件下,常温反应3h后,沉淀分离,取上清液,投加质量分数1%的软锰矿对废水继续氧化降解,此条件下对硝基酚的转化率基本达到100%,CODCr去除率达到95%。 The refractory nitrophenol wastewater has been pretreated with wasted scrap iron, so as nitrophenol in the wastewater into aminophenol. Then the aminophenol can be oxidized and pyrolusite, for treating nitrophenol wastewater. The results show that when the scrap iron dosage to convert the degraded with is 2% ,carbon powder 1%, pH 2.0, oscillation speed 150 r/min, reaction time at normal temperature 3 h, 1% of pyrolusite is added to the wastewater after precipitating in order to oxide and degrade the wastewater continueously. Under these conditions, the conversion rate of nitrophenol reaches 100% and the CODcr. removal rate reaches 95%.
