有机稳定性二氧化氯释放特性初探

摘要 采用络合剂乙二胺四乙酸钠制备出有机稳定性二氧化氯溶液,利用空气吹脱法、碘化物-结晶紫-聚乙烯醇体系分光光度法等就其中二氧化氯的释放特性进行了初步探讨。结果表明,该有机稳定性二氧化氯溶液的热稳定性较高,加酸和加金属离子时都仅有微量的游离二氧化氯释放,适于制备成缓释型产品,可长期缓慢地发挥作用。抑菌实验表明,该有机稳定性二氧化氯具有明显的抑制细菌生长的作用。 It is discussed that air stripping method, spectrophotometric method with iodide-crystal violet-polyvinyl alcohol system bare been used for testing the releasing characteristics of free chlorine dioxide from the organic stabilized chlorine dioxide solution prepared by chelator disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate (EDTA-2Na). The results show that the organic stabilized chlorine dioxide solutions has good thermal stability and only a small quantity of free chlorine dioxide is released when acid and metal ions are added into the stabilized solution. Antimicrobial test shows that the stabilized chlorine dioxide solution could inhibit the growth of bacteria in neutral condition. The characteristics prove that the organic stabilized chlorine dioxide is suitable for preparing the sustained releasin~ products which can exert long-term effects slowly.
