摘要
聚脒是一种新型的高密度阳离子聚合物。研究了以N-乙烯基胺(NVF)和丙烯腈(AN)为原料,在水溶液中合成聚脒的工艺。并从黏度、电荷密度、絮凝效果3个方面考察了产品性能,优化了聚脒的合成条件,优化的聚合工艺条件为:n(NVF)∶n(AN)=1∶1,聚合温度45℃,聚合时间4h,引发剂用量为0.2%,脒化温度100℃,脒化时间为4h,n(HCl)∶n(NVF)=2∶1。并对聚脒用红外光谱和紫外光谱进行了表征。
The technical conditions for polyamidine through aqueous solution polymerization of N-vinyl compound (NVF)with acrylnitrile(AN)have been optimized in terms of the properties of colloidal equivalent value, viscosity and flocculating effect. The optimized conditions for the synthesis are that the molar ratio of NVF and AN is 1:1 in water, the molar ratio of initiator to monomers is 0.2% , the copolymerization reaction is proceeded by stirring for 4 h at 45 ℃. The optimized technique for amidinization is that the molar ratio of hydrogen chloride and NVF is 2:1 and stirring for 4 h at 100 ℃. The structure of the polyamidine is characterized by FT-IR and UV.
