Developing of the Model Board for Friction Features of the Gear Lubricating Oil

本文研制的齿轮润滑摩擦特性模拟试验台，可用来研究各种齿轮润滑油，在实际齿轮的不同加工精度下轮齿的摩擦特性，并具有结构简单、测试和读取数据方便，能同时模拟测试齿轮润滑在齿廓啮合过程中的摩擦力和油膜厚度变化规律等特点。

The model board for friction features of the gear lubricating oil developed by authors can be used for studing various gear lubricating oil and the friction features between teeth for deferent accuracy.It has a simple structure and is easy to test.It can also be used for model testing the change of the friction force and oil film thickness at the same time in gear working process.
