摘要
PZT材料具有高的介电常数,而PVDF有良好的柔韧性,采用化学溶解、旋涂成膜,并通过多层薄膜热压方法制备一定厚度的柔性PZT/PVDF复合材料。对其介电常数和介电损耗进行测量,并进行分析比较。由于复合材料具备高介电常数、低损耗和柔性的特点,可实现微带天线的小型化设计。
PZT materials possess high dielectric constant, while PVDF has good flexibility. Flexible PZT/ PVDF composite materials with certain thickness can be prepared through chemical dissolution, spin coating to form a single layer film and hot compression of multi - layer films into one. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the film were measured, compared and analyzed. And it can be derived to be a material with high dielectric constant, low loss and high flexibility. Miniature of microstrip antenna design can be achieved on such a material.
