摘要
从理论和现实的角度阐述高校图书馆读者服务工作主动性的意义,并从服务态度、服务能力和服务方式三方面探讨主动做好读者服务工作的途径。
This paper discusses, both theoretilally and realistically, the significance of initiative of service to readers in college library. From the 3 as-pects in library service: in attitude, in ability and in pattern of service. The pa-per brings forward the way to do readers a good service.
