摘要 [目的]为大规模快速生产芦荟组培苗提供理论和实践依据。[方法]以3个芦荟品种的茎尖分生组织为外植体,用含不同浓度6-BA和NAA的增殖培养基和含不同浓度NAA的生根培养基进行组织培养,研究不同培养基对芦荟组织发育的影响。[结果]在诱导芦荟侧芽分化的过程中,增殖培养基成分为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L时,诱导效果比较理想,平均诱导出3.6个芽;在诱导生根的过程中,生根培养基成分为MS+NAA 0.2~0.3 mg/L时,生根率较高,平均生根数为7.8~8.2条,根较长且都为正常根。[结论]芦荟组织培养和快繁的培养基最佳配方为:增殖培养基MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L、生根培养基MS+NAA 0.2~0.3 mg/L。 [ Objective] The study aimed to provide the theoretical and practical basis for rapid production of tissue culture seedlings of Aloe vera on largescale. [Method] With the shoot apical meristem of 3 Aloe vera varieties as explants,they were put in multiplication mediums with different concn, of 6- BA and NAA and rooting mediums with different concn, of NAA for tissue culture and the effect of different mediums on tissue development of Aloe vera was studied. [Result] The induction effect was more ideal when the composition of multiplication medium was MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L in the process of inducing lateral bud differentiation of Aloe vera ,and the average buds induced was 3.6. The rooting rate was higher when the composition of rooting medium was MS + NAA 0. 2 - 0.3 mg/L, and the average number of rooting was 7.8 - 8.2 and all the roots were long and normal. [ Conclusion] The optimum formula of the medium for tissue culture and rapid propagation of Aloe vera was that the multiplication medium of MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L and the rooting medium of MS+ NAA 0.2-0.3 mg/L.
