Comparison of CF-series Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Regional Test

[目的]为CF系列品种审定与推广提供科学依据。[方法]以K326品种为对照,采用随机区组设计对7个CF系列品种进行区域试验。[结果]CF系列品种叶片形状较宽圆,节间距较大,株高较高,留叶数较K326少。田间自然发病状况下,除CF216外,CF系列品种均高抗赤星病;各品种易感黑胫病,特别是CF3027;CF3687和CF216易感白粉病,CF217和CF3027表现一定的抗性;各品种均表现出较好的抗蚀纹病毒病,特别是CF3687,发病最轻。产量与产值结果表明,CF2687、CF3687、CF217表现出一定的产量和产值优势,CF3027表现较差。[结论]CF系列品种对赤星病、蚀纹病毒病表现出较好的抗性,对黑胫病、白粉病的抗性表现一定的差异;CF2687、CF3687和CF217这3个品种在产量、产值效益和评吸质量方面具有优势。

[ Objective] The aim was to provide the scientific basis for approving and popularizing CF-series variety. [ Method] With K326 variety as CK, the regional test was made for 7 CF-series varieties by randomized block design. [ Result] CF-series variety was broadly rounder in leaf shape, bigger distance between the nodes and higher plant height, with the remained leaves being less than that of K326. CF-series varieties all had high resistance to brown spot except CF216 on the field natural incidence condition; each variety was susceptible to black shank disease, especially CF3027; CF3687 and CF216 were susceptible to powdery mildew, but CF217 and CF3027 had some resistance to it; each variety all showed better resistance to etch virus, especially CF3687, which caught light disease. The result of yield and output value showed that C22687, CF3687 and CF217 showed certain advantages on yield and output value and CF3027 showed poor. [ Conclusion] CF-series varieties showed better resistance to brown spot and etch virus, and had certain difference on the resistance to black shank disease and powdery mildew; CF2687, CF3687 and CF217 had advantages on yield, the benefit of output value and smoking quality.
