摘要
[目的]研究不同时期苹果酸处理对烟叶中非挥发性有机酸含量和组分的影响。[方法]以烤烟NC 89为材料进行盆栽试验,烟苗移栽后分别于204、0和60 d时用1 L浓度2 g/kg的苹果酸溶液进行灌根处理,研究不同处理对烟叶中非挥发性有机酸含量和组分的影响。[结果]将烟苗移栽后20 d施用苹果酸可增加上、中部叶非挥发性有机酸含量,移栽40 d施用可增加中部叶非挥发性有机酸含量,移栽60 d施用则降低了中部叶含量;各处理均提高了上、中部叶中二元或三元羧酸的含量和比例,降低了高级脂肪酸的含量和比例,且处理越早这种作用越明显。[结论]烤烟移栽后早期用苹果酸对其进行灌根处理,可提高和改善烟叶质量。
[ Objective] The study was to study the effect of malic acid treatment in different stage on the content and components of nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco leaves. [ Method] In the pot test with flue-cured tobacco NC 89 as material, and the pouring root treatments on flue-cured tobacco with 1 L 2 g/kg malic acid solution was taken after the tobacco seedlings were transplanted for 20, 40 and 60 d to study the effect of different treatments on the content and components of nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco leaves. [ Result] The content of nonvolatile organic acids in upper and middle leaves was increased when malic acid was applied after the tobacco seedlings were transplanted for 20 d, and that in middle leaves was increased when malic acid was applied after the tobacco seedlings were transplanted for 40 d, but that in middle leaves was decreased when malic acid was applied after the tobacco seedlings were transplanted for 60 d. The content and proportion of binary and tribasic carboxylic acid was increased and that of higher fatty acid was decreased in upper and middle leaves in all treatments. And the earlyer the treatment was, the reare obvious the effect was . [ Conclusion] The pouring root treatment on flue-cured tobacco with malic acid in early time after the tobacco seedlings were transplanted could improve and increase the quality of tobacco leaves.
