柴胡药材质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Standards of Radix bupleuri as Medicinal Materials

[目的]制订柴胡药材质量标准。[方法]选取9批不同产地柴胡样品,分别测定其浸出物、总灰分及挥发油吸光度(277 nm)3个指标。[结果]各产地柴胡浸出物含量平均为(13.64±4.73)%,总灰分含量平均为(5.42±1.33)%,挥发油吸光度平均值为0.139±0.044。[结论]柴胡质量标准为浸出物含量不得少于11.0%,总灰分含量不得过7.0%,挥发油吸光度应不得低于0.12(277 nm)。

[Objective] The research aimed to make the quality standards of Radix bupleuri as medicinal materials. [Method] Nine batches of R. bupleuri samples from different producing areas were selected to determine three indices of extracts content, total ash and volatile oil absorbency （277 nm） respectively. [ Result] The average extract content from R. bupleuri from different producing areas was （13.64±4.73）%, the average content of total ash was （5.42±1.33）% and the average absorbency of volatile oil was 0.139 ±0.044. [Conclusion] The quality standards of R. bupleuri are as follows： the extract content should be not less than 11.0%, total ash content should be not more than 7.0%, the absorbency of volatile oil should be not less than 0.12（277 nm）.
