Study on the Rural Land Usufruct Circulation in Jiangdu Region

实行土地规模经营,改变平均分配土地的方式,是农村经济进一步发展的出路所在。实行农村家庭联产承包责任制以来,农村土地流转在我国得到快速发展,也取得了一些好的成效。但同时在各地也存在不少独特的问题,在剖析江都地区农村土地使用权流转过程中存在问题的基础上,提出了完善土地流转的合理建议。

It is a way out for rural econonry＇s further development by implementing land scale management and changing the average allocation of land. Since the implementing of rural family-contract responsibility system, rural land circulation has been rapidly developed in China and some good effects have been achieved. At the same time, there were a few unique problems in different areas. Based on probing into the existing problems in the circulation process of rural land usufruct in Jiangdu Region, some reasonable suggestions for perfecting the land circulation were put forward.
