摘要
将农业项目外部效果分为农业项目对外部因素的影响和外部因素对农业项目本身的影响,采用一种综合2种影响的评价分析方法效益-成本-机遇-威胁(BCOT)分析法,对农业项目外部效果进行综合分析,并运用BCOT评价方法对江苏雨润食品产业集团有限公司项目外部效果进行了评价分析;指出BCOT评价分析法给出了研究项目外部效果的新思路。
The external effects of agricultural projects include the influences of agricultural projects on the external factors and the influences of the external factors on the agricultural projects. By using a kind of evaluation method with 2 kinds of influences, that is benefit-cost-opportunitythreat （BCOT） analysis method, the external effects of agricultural projects were comprebensively analyzed. The external effects of the project of Jiangsu Yurun Food Industry Limited Company were evaluated and analyzed by using BCOT evaluation method. The new thought of the external effects of research projects by using BCOT evaluation method was pointed out.
