摘要
汽车的质心位置在汽车碰撞过程中是一个较大的影响因素,文章利用有限元方法对在相同质量下不同质心位置的汽车正面碰撞进行了模拟计算。采用在不同位置加载500kg质量的方法来改变某皮卡车的质心位置,并模拟该车以3种不同的速度碰撞刚性墙。通过分析得到汽车变形随质心位置变化的规律,并根据在不同车速时得到的整车变形量来计算在各个质心位置处的判速方程,为事故分析提供了很好的参考。
The location of center of mass is a great influencing factor during pick-up turcks collision. Adopting finite element method, this paper simulates the pick-up truck's frontal collision in different center of mass. Adding 500 kg to a pick-up trucks in different location to change its center of mass, this paper simulates the pick-up truck to crash the rigid wall at different speed, that is 36 km/h, 50km/h and 72km/h respectively. Changing with the different location of center of mass, the deformation law is then educed. According to the deformation of the whole pick-up truck, we can acquire the speed equations in different center of masses, which provide a good reference for the accident analysis.
